Outline: A 10 min warm up that's good for a bit of team communication. I like to do this when people are very quiet.

1. Split students into groups of 4-8. (Eight being the hardest)

2. Get students into a circle.

3. Students then place their right hand into the centre of the circle, and grab someone else's right hand.

3) Repeat this using the left hand so that everyone's hands are crossed over.

4) Now try and untie the knot without anyone letting go of their hands. It may seem tough but it's do-able. Lots of communication is needed here.

Note: Each person must be holding hands of two different people for this to work.
