Outline:

you stand in the middle of the circle and throw the ball at each child. As you throw it you say either ‘head’ or ‘catch’.  The child must do the opposite of what you say. So if you say ‘catch’, instead of catching the ball they have to header it. Child sits down if the do the wrong thing, last one standing wins.
