Outline: Nice trick to do the sail setting side of the five essentials.

1. Get the boats to do any sort of race
   
2. Record the finish times
   
3. Mess up the sail settings on the lead boats eg. Bear belly leech, no outhaul, loads of big horrible creases.
   
4. Race again and see the difference in finish times.
