Outline:

(good for putting kids into random teams). you call out the name of an animal (eg: prawns) everyone has to move around pretending to be that animal until you say a number, then they have to get into groups of that number. Then you say another animal etc. after a few goes all the kids will be mixed up, so call out the number you want for the teams and they will get into perfect teams with no fights.
