Outline:

You need lots of different coloured bin bags. Put the kids into teams, get them to pick a model and give each team loads of bin bags and get them to create an outfit for the model. Get all the models to do a catwalk while the team describes the outfit. Themes can be used eg: superheroes, boys dressed as girls.
